NOONAN was formed in 1977 as a commercial contract cleaning company. Over the past three decades the company has experienced tremendous growth and today Noonan Services Group is one of Ireland’s largest employers with a workforce of over 6,000 people.
NOONAN, which operates across Ireland and the UK has expanded its service offering in recent years to meet the market's growing demand for 'multi-service' support services providers. The company now provides the following services: Bundled Services, Contract Cleaning, Security Services, Outsourced Services, Janitorial Supplies, Watercoolers, Grounds Maintenance and Pest Control.
Across all its divisions the Group is focused on providing value adding “best in class” solutions. The innovative culture, on which the business has grown, is evident in the customised service solutions provided by each division. This innovative approach has enabled the Group to constantly raise industry standards, while continuing to provide clients with the most cost effective solution. In our day-to-day approach the Group aims to anticipate clients’ future requirements and work proactively to exceed expectations.
Following a strategic review earlier this year the Group sought out an external investor to fund the Group’s continued growth and development. As part of this process Alchemy Partners a UK based investor with a strong record of backing management teams in a variety of sectors across Ireland and the UK has together with members of the Group’s Senior Management acquired a majority stake in the Group.
