| | | QUALSEC STANDARD | | | | The ISIA has always been at the forefront of raising quality standards. The underlying ethos of the Irish Security Industry Association is based around codes of practice, standards and quality service to which members must sign up and adhere. The introduction of licensing has set minimum standards for the security industry and is a first step towards the establishment of a professional industry. However, the ISIA believes that a minimum standard is only a starting point and is determined to raise the bar. To this end, a new continuous improvement quality scheme, QUALSEC, has been introduced. | | | | QUALSEC is a new continuous improvement quality scheme managed and monitored independently by Insight Certification Limited, trading as the CerticCS, and which only ISIA members can attain. The scheme operates on a three tier approach through which member companies can attain a Silver, Gold or Platinum standard. |
