Employee Licences will be due for renewal from January 2010. The Authority will start accepting renewal applications from the 1st November 2009.
The following items will be required to renew a licence: - Completed Application Form - Prescribed Licence Fee - Completed Garda Vetting Form (Form GVR)
and if a licence holder has resided outside of the country since the 1st January 2007 and has not already provided us with a Criminal Record Certificate for this period, - Foreign Criminal Record Certificate .
Licence holders who wish to add a sector to their licence must include evidence (in the required format) of having completed the training with the renewal application.
The Licence Fee is unchanged at €130 for DSP, €80 for SGS and €190 for both sectors.
