Higher Quality Standards

By choosing an ISIA member company, end-users can be confident that they will get a quality service. By joining the ISIA, security providers are giving their company a seal of approval which sets them above the rest of the industry.

The underlying ethos of the ISIA is based around codes of practice, standards and quality service to which our members must sign up and adhere.

While licensing has introduced a minimum standard for the industry, the ISIA believes that this standard is only a starting point and that security providers should strive to offer a service higher than the minimum standard. Consequently, we have introduced our own quality scheme, Qualsec, managed and audited independently by CerticCS, which ensures that our members achieve and maintain high standards.
