The Irish Security Industry Association is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former ISIA President Sheenagh McCullagh, following a short illness.
Sheenagh served as President of the ISIA from 2013 to 2015, becoming the first woman to hold the position in the Association's history. Prior to her presidency, she was actively involved with the ISIA for many years, including serving as Chair of the Electronic Security Division and as Vice President.
Throughout her involvement with the Association and her career within the private security industry, Sheenagh was a committed advocate for professionalism, higher standards and the continued development of the sector. Her dedication to the industry, and to the people working within it, earned her the respect of colleagues and peers across the profession.
Her appointment as the ISIA's first female President was an important milestone for the Association and for an industry which, at that time, remained predominantly male.

colleagues at this very sad time.
